Nematodes Direct™ - The UK's leading supplier of organic pest control nematodes

Excellent service from all the Staff - so friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the products they are selling and 'do not push you to buy a product that does not suit your needs'.

This Company always provide a truly personal service - giving you the correct advice 'without trying to sell you more products'. Really refreshing to deal with such a Company as Nematodes.

My shopping experience with Nematodes Direct was excellent. It was easy to find what I wanted as there is plenty of information about each product. The website is easy to understand and navigate.

I was kept up to date regarding when to expect delivery of my order which arrived promptly and with good instructions about how to store and apply the product. Shopping with Nematodes Direct is brilliant and I recommend their service without reservation.

Thank you to the staff in Nematodes Direct - they were so helpful and so experienced in their products, their usage and so caring of the environment - every step of the way. I felt I had a ‘personal’ service on each occasion that I have asked for help and advice. They do not try to ‘sell’ you products, rather they advise which products are the best for you to ‘achieve the outcomes’ of what the customer is trying to achieve.

The products I purchased were exactly what I was looking for and have solved a very stressful problem I had with Red Spider Mite while ensuring that no wildlife were put at risk.
