Nematodes Direct - Delivery Policy
Delivery - We try to send as many nematodes out as possible for next day delivery, but in peak periods, it may take us a little longer to pick and pack your order.
Postage - Nematodes are despatched daily by Royal Mail First Class post when conditions are suitable for the majority of the UK, accessories and non-living products are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post. We sometimes use a courier, such as APC or Royal Mail Special Delivery to deliver high value orders.
Store your nematodes in the fridge upon receipt to keep them in tip-top condition until the expiry date that is shown on the plastic sleeve (varies by product).

Planned Programmes - If you are ordering a planned programme your order will show as shipped on our system when your first shipment is made, subsequent applications will automatically be shipped at the appropriate time in your programme. (You can see your initial ordering details and date in your my account area).
TIP: If you order a programme and are going on holiday just let us know and we will ensure that we do not despatch any items during that time.
Backordering - If you are pre-ordering a control for later in the year we will send it at the ideal time to treat the pests.
Availability - Due to the nature of our products being living organisms, they are only available to the UK mainland via this website.
Payment - Credit, debit card and ApplePay payments for the full amount of your purchases are collected at the time of ordering, irrespective of when the goods are to be despatched. We do this to avoid problems of cards no longer being valid at the date of delivery and to reduce administration costs when orders are fulfilled in stages (and so saving you money in the longer term). Should any items not be available we will credit your account.
