All nematodes are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post & 'in stock' items are typically despatched within 1-2 working days and if you need support before or after you order, our support team are available from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday and aim to respond to queries within a few hours and often respond within minutes.
